Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all consultancy services purchased through this website. All services are delivered digitally and are not physical goods.

1. General Refund Approach

We aim to keep our refund process fair and transparent.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the stage of delivery, and the terms shown on the individual service page. For online and distance sales, UK consumer law gives consumers a 14-day right to cancel in many cases, and for services, this can be affected once the service has been fully performed after the consumer has asked for it to begin and acknowledged that the cancellation right may be lost once performance is complete.

2. Consultation Services

For booked consultations such as the Initial Strategy Call, Business Direction Review, Pricing & Packaging Consultation, Target Customer & Market Fit Review, Service Offering Structure Review, and Growth Planning Session:

  • Cancellations made before the session takes place may be eligible for a refund, subject to the service terms shown at checkout or on the service page.
  • If the session has already started, the service is normally treated as in progress and is not refundable.
  • Missed appointments are normally non-refundable.

Where a consumer cancels a services contract under the relevant rules, the trader should refund the money received within 14 days of cancellation.

3. Written Digital Deliverables

For any written digital deliverables, such as an email summary, PDF report, action plan, or similar file:

  • A refund may be available only if work has not yet started.
  • Once work has begun, the service is normally non-refundable.
  • Once the completed file has been delivered, the service is normally non-refundable.

This policy is intended to reflect the fact that consumers may cancel distance service contracts within the statutory period, but that service performance and the consumer’s request for performance can affect the right to cancel once the service is fully completed.

4. Monthly Advisory Retainer

For monthly advisory retainer services:

  • The service is billed in advance for the monthly period selected.
  • Once the monthly period has started, refunds are normally not available.
  • If the service has not been delivered as described, we will review the matter fairly on a case-by-case basis.

For subscription-style contracts, consumers should be given clear information and cancellation routes, and current UK consumer protection rules place emphasis on straightforward exit processes and refund handling where cancellation rights apply.

  • written work has already started or been completed
